Placing an Order

Here at Sentinel Armament Manufacturing LLC, we strive to ship within one day of ordering. We do not offer backorders at this time so if you see that an item says “in-stock,” you can order it.

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped.

To cancel an order please email sentinelmfgcustomer@gmail.com with your name and order number to begin the process. Approved product cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Delivery

We currently only offer two shipping options through UPS. We believe that UPS offers the best shipping options compared to other government or privately owned options.

Exportation

These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any other person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.

Returns & Refunds

Sentinel Armament Manufacturing accepts returns on the condition that the item/s still include all of the original packaging, instructions, receipt, and has not been used, damaged, or altered in anyway. Items must be received within 30 days from date of purchase to receive a refund for the order items. Items returned after 30 days and before 60 days are eligible for in store credit only.

Before a refund or store credit will be given, each item will be inspected to ensure that it meets the criteria listed above.

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee for any items returned after 30 days but no later than 60 days and to a 25% restocking fee if the item is altered in any way from original.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses, unless return is for a repair on Sentinel Armament Manufacturing products. (Sentinel Armament Manufacturing cannot repair ProApto products. If you need a repair on a ProApto product, please contact us and we will relay your inquiry.)
